My Neighbors' Dog Terrorizes My Cats And One Of My Dogs. My Small Dog Won't Even Go Outside To Potty Anymore Since This Dog Began Running Loose. My Poor Cat In Always In Hiding. Help!!

Okay, fear no more! Just call the local animal control agency and report what you have to seen them. If you know who the dogs owner is warn them that next time the dog is lose around your property you will call the animal control officers to come remove the dog. There is a law that requires dogs to be on a leash at all times. If the owner is at all a caring one he/she will make sure that there pet is no longer a nuisance to anyone.
