Well, you didn't actually say if you had 7 toes on one foot, or 7 toes in total (missing 3). I would think that you are unique, in which ever form. In any case, this could have been caused by a deficiency during your mothers pregnancy, a genetic work, an oops during your delivery. This is a question you should probably ask your parents about. If they're not around, just think of it this way, An angel needed a few more toes to get around, or...God gave me a few extra in case so I could stand my ground. Lol
