I am 49 I had my tubes tied on may 5 of 2008 I had one period after my tubal in august then I haven't had a period since now, but last week april of 2009 I had a small amount of brownish discharge. And in that time I had No periods I did have hot flashes from my chest up and went as fast as they come and yes I was not sleeping well because of the hot flashes. But since last November I have had no hot flashes or lost sleep. Is this menopause and is this normal
