How Long Does It Currently Take To Get A UK Settlement Visa From Dubai ?
I have been in UK 40 times for visit in last 2 years. Now I am married and I applied for settlement visa on 5th august 2008 from Dubai and still waiting, anyone who can tell me how long British consulate take time for my visa application

You must live in UK for 5 years to apply for UK settlement visa. I don't think you meet the requirement. The time to issue a visa depends from case to case. There is no fix time. However, you can track your passport by giving the tracking number provided to you on UK Passport Tracking Website in your country.
