How Do I Make The Best Coffee?

The way to make the best coffee is to make sure your coffee pot is clean. Rinse it out with vinegar. Old coffee oils that are not cleaned daily get rancid.

I like to use a very bold coffee, usually French roast, and prepare it in a French press. There are always several French presses available on ebay.

Buy whole bean coffee & keep it stored in a zip lock bag in the freezer between uses.  Grind it fresh for each cup/pot using a bur grinder that can be adjusted for various coffee maker styles (drip, cone, percolator, espresso, etc.). Use cold, filtered water and 2 heaping tablespoons of coffee for every 6 ounces of water.
