I Saw Someone Walking The Cutest Small Black And White Puppy Yesterday. He Said It Was An O-something Breed. Is There A New Breed Out There Or Some Kind Of Mix You Know Of That Starts With O?

I ran into someone walking a very cute, small black and white puppy yesterday. When asked he told me the type of dog was and O'something. ( I can't remember what he said exactly after the O). It was small and looked similar to a Lhasa. Is there a new breed or new mix that starts with O out there. I haven't been able to find anything by searching the Internet.
