Peter Granville Lee was a cricketer who used to play for Northamtonshire and Lancashire. He was born on August 27th, 1945 in Arthingworth, Northamptonshire.

Lee bowled right-arm fast medium and swung the ball considerably of the seam and got many wickets in the 1970's, while playing in the English county. In the year 1973 and 1975, he performed a rare feet of grabbing 100 wickets in two separate seasons. He was also named in the Wisden Cricketer of the Year list of 1976.

Lee played for five continuous seasons from the year 1967 for Northamptonshire but could never cement his position in the side. He later moved to Lancashire in the year 1972, as the regular bowlers Peter Lever and Ken Shuttleworth would have to report for international Test duty.
