(Oregon) I Got A Notice Of Disturbance I Don't Agree With. Can You Ask Who Is Making Accusations Against You? And To See Your Rental File? I'm Allowed To Face My Accuser Right?
I just want to know what my legal recourse is. I don't want this DISTURBANCE on my rental history. Just because someone said it happened. I want face my accuser, so to speak. I've lived in the same apartment in the same complex for ten years now. The place has had a lot of shady managers, one manager got busted for a prostitution ring, we've had a chop shop out of the garages I mean a whole bunch of drama has gone on here.

If the laws in Oregon are anything like the laws here in Iowa you cant find out who reported it just the time of the complaint and the reason. Same with the apartment recs its all kept private to protect the fun crashers safety. I would just start asking the neighbors if any ones been gossiping about it and that's probably you're poor sport
