My Pug Has Been Lying Around Shaking Constantly. I Can Get Her To Eat And Drink She Will Come When Called As Long As She Doesn't Have To Jump, She Has Been Laying Around Shaking And I Think Her Tummy Is Very Hard?

I had a small dog and she started shaking like she was cold. And she ended up having cancer and had to be put down. I miss her, but the shaking is from pain so you need to take your little dog to the vet as soon as possible. Something is causing it great pain. Hope this helps
