What Motivates You In This New Assignment

A desire to be the best in the field, the most efficient and the most perfect is what generally motivates me in any new assignment. Different people perform for different reasons. In some cases people work hard for the promise of reward or growth. They try to move forward in their professional carriers or in other cases they try to be perfectionist. Motives range from the need to work for money itself as a necessity or as a luxury, and this does make a significant difference to a person's attitude. Some people work and perform simply because that is what is asked of them as part of the assignment. Others still seem to think that they have found their one true calling and want to do their level best for the profession.
