Any Precautions To Be Taken While Doing Exercises?
I want some precautions to be taken while doing exercises. I want to do some exercises for building biceps,triceps,abs at home itself. I already downloaded the positions for doing these exercises.

There are a lot of precautions other than the positions when you are doing exercise. You need to make sure that you increase the weight gradually and DO NOT start off by lifting heavy weights. It will cause cramps all over your shoulders and muscles.
Do not bend your knees and back more than required and also do not shift your legs while doing exercises.
