Does Water Evaporate Faster With Lower Humidity?

Answer Question

Yes, rates of evaporation are inversely proportional to the humidity. The more humid it is, the less water will evaporate, due to the fact that the water will have nowhere to go in the air once humidity reaches 90%+ (that would cause a fine mist to appear, because the air cannot hold any more water.)
