Which People Here On Blurtit Were Born As Miracle Babies?

And you are a miracle to those of us here too, baby!  Send some luck my way please...lol I was in the same shoes as your mom was and my God blessed me with a healthy, perfect 9 pound boy. I feel that I was a miracle baby as well as my mother tried to abort me but in the 60's and with very little $ she may have died trying to do so.  I don't hold it against her one bit...for I feel I  would have come to her eventually, perhaps after she was married and not seeing a married man twice her age with 5 children of his own.  But here I am nonetheless.  The latter part of her actions I strongly disagree with and she knows it but cannot change it.  And I have reached an awkward understanding of her actions that she must live with.

I think we are all miracle babies. I am a first time grandmother to a 17 month old and when I saw MY baby going through labor and then having her own child, I was just stunned.  It was as much a miracle to me as having my own children. He is the joy of our lives and makes us laugh every day.  He couldn't be more perfect in my eyes or in my heart.
We are all miracles.
