Nice way to publicize is to keep a link of your blog in Blurtit profile. As simple as that.

I  don't know any thing about blogs, but in order to attract advertising to your page, i would suggest you do what all companies have always done. Get in touch through writing letters to companies you are interested in having on your blog give them your background of your blog and what it's intended for. Talk to a computer tech on how to set up a section on you page for advertising banners with animation. You might even be able to link advertising sites from yours, drawing in other advertisers...try just  looking at this page not using it  for  www.blogvertise.com      do some research on the ups and downs of blogvertising....even  talk to the blurt it webmaster about it since they have advertising on here...hope this helps later
