How Do You Ride A Dirt Bike?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

Buy a four-stroke dirt bike because they are easy and fun to ride. It goes without saying that the practical way of learning to ride is quite rewarding than theoretical information. However while trying to ride, start in a low gear and then work the gear to its higher potential. Once you attain a desirable speed, incline your back at a 45 degree angle, bend your hand at a 90 degree angle and stand up. When you stand up, your arms and legs act as an extra suspension while riding over bumps. This gives you better control of the vehicle.

Make sure wear adequate motorcycle protective gear, not just the helmet. You can also find information from magazines like Motocross Action and Transworld MX which can give you handy tips on riding the dirt bike. You can learn about the turns, jumps and whoops while riding a dirt bike.  Take help from a friend you can trust or someone who knows dirt biking riding to show how you can ride the bike like a dream!

Now if you want to putt around a 4 stroke is ok, but if you really want to tear it up a 2 stroke is much better.
