The Bolivian Republic of Venezuela is a country which is situated in the northern part of South America or Latin America. The territory of the country has been estimated about 916,445 square kilometers. The capital of the Bolivian Republic of Venezuela is located in Caracas.  According to the census report of the year of 2002, the total population was estimated at around 25,093,000. In the total population more than two-thirds are mestizos, which are mixed Indian and European. Whites are about one-fifth of the population. Blacks are one-tenth of the population and the rest of the population are Indians. Spanish is the official language of the country. But more than twenty five Indian languages are also in use. Roman Catholicism is the main language of the country, though Protestantism is also seen in the country. The currency of Venezuela is called the Bolivar.

The geography of Venezuela is dominated by the plains and mountain ranges. Bolivar peak rises from the northeastern part of the Andes Mountain in the western part of the country. The central region of the country is occupied by the plains. The plains have covered around two-thirds of the country. The Orinoco River is the main river of the country. Angel Falls, which is the highest waterfall in the world, is situated here in Venezuela. Lake Maracaibo and Lake Valencia are also important lakes of the country.

Petroleum and natural gas are the main mineral resources of the country. Iron, Bauxite, Gold and Diamond are the other important mineral resources of Venezuela. Chemicals, steels, textiles and oil refining are the major industries of the country and form the base of its economy. The chief agricultural products are sugar, coffee, bananas, cacao and corn.
