Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

An intelligence quotient is a score consequent from a set of unvarying tests of intelligence. An intelligence quotient test also measures job performance, socioeconomic progression, and social pathologies. Intelligence quotient is calculated as 100 x mental age /chronological age

It is a score that determines one's learning potential. It is a method of measuring intelligence. There are different types of IQ tests, most of which position an IQ of 100 as normal. Intelligence Quotient tests have also been criticised for being based on an inadequate notion of intelligence and is also extensively viewed to be culturally specific. For individuals living in the existing conditions of the urbanised world, IQ is highly contagious, and by middle age the influence of family atmosphere on IQ is untraceable.
