I think if I had a lymph node that size in my neck, I'd go racing to the doctor immediately. Do you have a fever? Is it sore or red? Do you have sore nodes under you arm on the same side? It could be your thyroid, also....not even a lymph node. Thyroid problems can be very serious. Get thyself to a physician....!!!!
