How Do You Repair Your Internet Connection?

I cant fix my internet connection it wont even show me my internet connection but it was yesterday and letting me connect so im using a internet plug to let me on the internet now

There are a number of ways of repairing your internet connection. One way is to check whether you have entered the right IP (Internet Protocol) address correctly in your network connections. Open control panel and enter Network Connections. Right click on your internet connection icon and enter Properties. In properties, you will find a TCP/IP option, open its further options and enter the right IP address. You can get the right IP address from your service provider by calling them up. There is also an automatic way of repairing the internet connection. The windows will automatically repair the connection by right clicking on the internet connection icon in the taskbar. You will find an option which says Repair. Clicking that, the computer will automatically fix the internet problem.
