If you have no energy and are fatigued, does it ever go away?

It really is hard to say because it depends on the person but it has been said that a person could possibility live for 5 to 10 years with CHF without a heart transplant.  A lot of technology is being developed today to help those who are suffering from this type of heart disease so that they can live longer if they are unable to receive a transplant.  As far as I know to-date a transplant is the only solution.
