Is It True That When You Apply A Make-up Can Add Your Beauty?

Yes, it is true that  if you will gonna put up make-up it makes your personality pleasing.it makes your over-all beauty complete.well,before you apply make-up on your face,follow some processes so that it will look glamorous,shining and beautiful.it will depend on the tone of your skin..

Foundation or powder can help hide minor "imperfections" such as freckles, small blemishes, under eye circles, etc. You don't always need a ton of makeup! Sometimes just a hint of color can completely change the way you look. I have dark brown eyes, so I sometimes use a purple eyeliner to make my eyes pop, but nothing else. Many females tend to overuse makeup; truth be told, I don't know how to apply most of it! I stick to the eyeshadow, eyeliner, and a makeup stick to hide the occasional red spot. I think natural beauty is the best way to go though. :)

I don't think it is true because it is as simple as this, you are pretty or not. If you have a few minor blemishes or flaws makeup will make it look better but sometimes it makes it worse because some people have sensitive skin
