How To Gain Bulky Muscle & Retain For Longer?

I am underweight.so,started exercising and at the same time trying to improve my weight.i want my muscles to get bulky.i found my friends losing the exact shape-biceps,triceps....... When they stopped exercising for a month.so,what's the best way to retain muscles for long time. Also i brought a b-protein supplement.i drink it by mixing it with milk.as i do exercises suggest me the best time to drink it in a day(after lunch or after exercising or..........) and also the no. Of times a day for maximum results.

    The problem with gym training is that you tend to get out of shape as soon as you stop exercising. So it requires a lot of determination. First of all, carry on with your training, even if you want to quit the gym, start doing muscle exercises at home. Do more push ups more. Start from 20 push ups and keep increasing daily. Do exercises of the muscle group at least three times a week. Use natural supplements rather like banana milk shake after the exercise. Eat a lot of lean protein. Even if you are using commercial supplements, don't replace them with any of your diet ingredient. Take them twice a day, once in the morning and then after the workout, Never take it before a workout.
