There are very poor chances of pregnancy during use of birth control shots. Because pearl index of these shots is 0.1. Chances of pregnancy during initial months of use are bit higher than later stage use because when levels of the hormones of the shots are maintained in the blood then chances of pregnancy become poor. So, if contraceptive shots suite you then use it because these are one of the reliable methods of contraception.
