What Is The Volume Of A Sphere With A Radius Of 6 Feet?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

    The formula for the volume of a sphere is:
    Volume of a Sphere = 4/3 pi r3

    In the question we are given:
    radius (r) = 6 feet
    We know that
    pi= 3.14

    So to find the volume all we have to do is plug the values in the formula.
    So:
    Volume of a Sphere = 4/3 * 3.14 * 63
    Volume of a Sphere = 4/3*3.14*216
    Volume of a Sphere = 4/3 * 678.24
    And:
    Volume of a Sphere = 904.32

    Hence the volume of a sphere with radius of 6 is 904.32
