Why Is My Dog's Nose Warm And Dry? Why Is He So Warm? Why Won't He Get Up Off The Ground Outside?
I would like to know why my dog has a warm dry nose and he is very warm, and he won't get up off the ground outside. He is a Shetland Sheep dog. He got hit by a car about 2 weeks ago. He now has bell palsy. He has been just fine until in the middle of the night last night.

Sounds like he's taken a turn for the worst and he needs to be checked out by a vet. It's possible an infection has set in, or there's some internal damage from the accident that may have previously gone undetected.
If his temp is above 103, please have him seen as soon as possible.
