You see your vet. OTC dewormer's can be deadly or nearly so. It's pretty inexpensive to treat. If you haven't done your 12 week set of kitten shots yet it will be done then usually as a regular part of the visit. If that's why you've noticed them (because you just did do your 12 week visit) then just call your vet to let them know and see if you go back during the normal set of vaccines or if you should go a little sooner however they prefer to do the course.
