To really get rid of a BOIL, you need to go and see a doctor about getting it lanced, and this means that they have to cut it open to drain, and then pack it with gauze, and you will have to probably go and see your doc to have the pack changed, but that is how you do it. That, or you can to it at home and pick it open everyday to drain, and then you will have to wait and see if your natural immune system will let you heal naturally.
