No.This is a load of stereotypical rubbish. If someone wants to insult a person, they will sometimes think of stupid insults to say about the way the person looks, and 'dumb blonde' is an example of this.Hair is hair, and in my opinion its only purpose is to keep your head warm. I have blonde hair and I am not stupid.
