    First of all, you have to learn to deal with the different people that constitute the team. You have to be extremely patient in gauging the potential of each member of the team and determine who will contribute to what process. You also have to be careful in encouraging arguments without the loss of morale between team members. Listen to everyone's ideas and give everyone the platform to speak up. Make the team members feel at ease with each other, as this facilities smoother functioning. You will have to curb ridicule and mockery within the team as well.

    As a team manager, you will have to motivate your team members to use their potential for the benefit of the group. Maintain a cordial atmosphere within the group, at the same time having a professional attitude.
