It's unsafe to order birds through the internet. Many so called breeder turn up to be fake and tend to swindle your money. If you don't have petshops near you, try the yellow pages i'm sure you'll find good breeders or petshops that sell finches.

If you mean finches, go to PetSmart or PetCo to be sure to buy healthy birds.  In Portand Oregon, I bought a couple of pretty ones $20 average cost and now have 16.  It has been wonderful to watch them build nests with the string, grass, cotton, yarn and other items.  They are marvelous pets.  We give them away to people who prove that they want them as pets only if they bring a cage.  We never want someone to have them to feed to larger pets.
