    Burning 1000 calories at one time can be very tiring and exhausting. It is advisable not to work out so much at a time as you might develop some kind of a problem. It is quite alright to burn 1000 calories in a day. You can burn 500 calories in the morning and the rest 500 calories in the evening or night. If you keep burning 1000 calories per day and keep a healthy diet, you shall attain a healthy body and mind in a few months. You will be fit in no time.

    Exercising is very good for the body, mind and soul. It is very important for every individual to work out everyday and eat a healthy diet. These days everybody is gaining weight by eating junk food and these kinds of foods create many health problems.

      Run at 9kph on a cross trainer for 60 minutes. Its a killer, but it works for me.
