The Federal Reserve is an inpendent government agency.  It does not receive funding from Congress.  Federal Reserve Banks are privately owned and have some feartures of privately owned corporations and some of public federal agencies.  It is run by a Board of Governors whose members are appointed by the president and have to make an annual report to the Speaker of the House.

The Federal Bank is a privately owned institution. The Rothschild's, Rockafella's Morgan's etc. Otherwise known as the "secret government" or The Illuminati. I am not aware of the difference between the Bank and the Reserve?
