Is It Possible For My Urine Test To Say Yes Im Pregnant And My Blood Test To Be Negative?

Have you had the blood test yet? I have known some home urine testing to give false  positive readings.
Usually the blood tests are more accurate. They measure the level of the hormone HCG in the blood and it usually gives a reading of how far along the pregnancy has progressed.  I would trust the blood test over the urine.
If your are pregnant and the blood test come up negative then I would seriously be talking to my ob/gyn. It would really surprise me that the pregnancy would stay intact without the normal level of HCG needed to insure a full term pregnancy.
If you are not pregnant and you keep getting a positive reading then you still need to talk to your ob/gyn to see why your HCG level is high in your Urine and have some hormonal blood testing done.
Out of whack hormones can also imitate preganacy.
There have also been cases where women wanted to be preganant so bad that their bodies responded and gave all the symptoms of pregnancy even to the point of the uterous growing. It is called Psuedo-Pregnancy (False).  The HCG Levels elevate  and the brain actually thinks the uterus is inpregnated. It usually takes a sonogram to determine that there is no baby.
My advice...either way....see an ob/gyn and ask. Love....Nanny
