Can My Hair Be Stripped Back To Its Natural Colour At Hairdressers After Being Bleached?
I recently bleached my hair myself and it went a mad yellowy orange colour so i dyed it brown. Is it possible for a hairdresser to strip it back to its natural colour even though it's had bleach on it? Help!?

Since your hair has had so many chemical process's done to it already, and especially one of them being bleach. I would suggest that you give your hair a layered cut and let is be for the time being.
Once it has grown out a couple of inches, you could have a cosmetologist to do a color highlight only on the new growth so that it will blend with the color you have.
Keep in mind that the color you have on now, will fade somewhat after a few weeks.
Would recommend that you use a mild shampoo for color treated hair until you get the old chemically processed hair trimmed off.
Human hair can only take a certain amount of chemical processing before it starts to break down. Once it has been over processed, it will become dry, brittle and begin to break off. The end result most likely would be disastrous.
Finding a cosmetologist who specializes in corrective color is quite difficult and once you do find them, it can be quite costly, because it is around a four hour process and many expensive products are involved.
Also, there are no guarantees that the stylist can get your hair back to its original color. It really depends on what your natural color was to begin with, what products and brand of products you used on your hair, and the condition of your hair at this point.
If you have damaged it to the point that the cuticle is blown out, it may not even accept more color.

No, but a good hair dresser could return it to it's natural color by stripping it again and dying it again.

I don't even know if they WOULD strip your hair for you..
getting your hair stripped does as much(even more?) damage to your hair than dyeing it does. And because your hair has recently been through so much wear and tear, it's probably not on the healthiest side.
it would be too risky to do anything else to your hair for another while in my opinion. I know this cause i was in a similar situation a few months ago! I dyed my hair permanent colours 3 times in 3 months, and straightened it most days. I got a bit carried away, and when i went to my hair dressers and asked her would she fix it and try make it in a bit better condition, she said she couldn't do anything to my hair because any more dye would singe/burn/severely damage my hair...now i have to keep it the same color and get the roots done every month.
What i'm trying to say is, try not to get carried away with dyeing your hair, or else you won't have much hair to dye!! I know you only want it back your natural color and then will prob leave it alone for a while, but if you do this, your hair will most likely become brittle, dry, thinner, unhealthy and it would be easier and better in the long run for you to just leave your hair alone for a month or two...
but whatever its up to you..! :)

This happened to me last week i was a nice blonde/brown then put a bleach on myself to achieve the white look uh oh..it went yellow/ginger! So went to my hairdresser she put a ash toner on it and pulled thru some white blonde highlights using a high lift tint then mixed red dye with brown to pull thru some dark low lights to break it up each time ill have more and more of the dark then add blonder highlights once it has grown out a little. It cost me £50! Good luck hun x
