Car Reposed From Tow Service?
Car reposed from tow service i was at that time late on payment 22 days due to being arrested for tickets. The tow service notified acc consumer finance that they had my car and acc picked it up april 10 08. Now they say its in repo status i have to pay for tow fee from them, the amount they paid the original tow service, and my past due amount! The day i spoke with them i had until may 2 08 to pay them 1000.00 of the 1700.00 roughly. I havent called yet. What do i do

Just call them don't leave it i would think you would have to pay the amount be because obviously this is the service they provide but if you called and explained your financial difficulties they may provide some kind of payment plan

First you must make all your call to finc co and the tow com, to find out your total . Pay the finc co first they are the only ones who can release the car
