But If She Leaves She Gets Nothing. So Here's The MAJOR Problem. We think that she is taking money and making us short in our drops. The husband knows about the problembut hasn't just come out and said anything to either of us cashiers. Over a month ago she took $217.00 dollars out of the petty cash safe and yet to replace it. He doesn't come in often and count the safe. I don't have enough to explain everything.

Before this Problem comes to trouble you, You should first politely tell the wife that $217 are going short and are yet to be replaced. Then wait for some days, If wife fails to do anything, then let the husband know about it. Their personal life should not become hurdle in your Earning and your repute. If you think that Wife might go against you and will try to put blame on you, then you should at once tell husband instead of Wife. Your sympathies for wife are good, but if that result in losing your job and repute, then it is not better. Wife should look for a comfortable Job to any way like a small business of her own through loan to earn.
