What's The Safest Web Browser?

Lately firefox browsers' have become very unstable, collecting spyware/malware and even a few virus have passed into my system...... There has to be a more secure browser sumwhere. 'test driving' one named 'safari' now, by apple .... Not very customizable, but it will load up pages in a flash! More importantly, it APPEARS to be secure, at the moment.

You have to keep Firefox updated and you cannot rely solely on the browser for protection. You must employ both anti-virus and anti-spyware software counter measures.

I'm using Google's Chrome browser which is pretty good at detecting sites that contain malware and will give you a warning before loading the page.

If you're still using Microsoft's Explorer you are asking for trouble, I never use that browser for anything.
