Who Changes The Way Our Answer Rates Go From Good To Excellent?
I see on some profiles where the rating for answers goes from good to excellent,and then in a day from excellent to good,whose doing the changing of this or is it an automatic thing?

The rating system works like this; the system calculate average score of all ratings for each resource. If average is less the 2.5, rating score is 0. If less than 3.5, 3. If less than 4.5, 6. If more than 4.5, 10.
So if a resource receives 5 stars, its rating shore is 10(5 stars). If it receives 1 star, the average becomes 3, and star just represents average score.

I thought that is the way it goes also,but I do notice some ratings being changed from time to time,how can someone rate a question they did not ask?
