Well, that yes, but people up here are friendly too, until someone messes with you.
I do agree I know a few folks from up that way very good people like your self even tho I have not had the privilege to do so I was talking about the great expanse 0f the land and water's in my neck of the woods we have a great variety of wild life and wilderness not quite the extreme.Boy do we have some throw back typ people WOW!
I know that some times it gets very cold there, depending on where you are. And i know that you all have whales,grizzly bears and polar bears

We also have sea lion, walrus, moose, puffins, eagles, porcupine, fox, rabbit, deer, and more.

I have to agree with hisdimple, I too used to know somebody up there who was really nice but just can't remember, for the life of me, who it was!
Honey, we got up to 75 today, and the sun was wonderful!! What a blessing that was today!

It gets cold. It also has a long days in the summer and very short days in the winter. There is also lots of wildlife including moose, deer, elk, and other animals. That is about all I know!
I forgot. It has awesome skiing!!!

I was stationed there, 1st duty, in the navy back in the 80's. It was cooled ! the naval base was there in adak. oh, and it has a Tigger !
