I am sorry to say that hens don't get pregnant. These are domestic birds and lay eggs. When hen complete their clutch of eggs then incubation starts that can last for 21 days. After this incubation chicks are born. So, all birds including hens don't get pregnant but lay eggs. Incubation time for different birds is different.
