5 Things You Must Do While You Are in Anaheim Hills
Until about thirty years ago Anaheim was a rather unremarkable, sleepy place in the Orange County, Then in 1955 Walt Disney decided to choose Anaheim as the site for his Disneyland Pleasure and Leisure Park which then Anaheim on the map so if you are planning a trip to Anaheim then here are 5 things you must do while you are there:
1. Disneyland
The park is a combination of theme rides, recreated worlds and cultures, and film shows, all mingled with eating and shopping. There are several theme designs which tell a story or create a world. A place everyone should visit
2. Anaheim Museum
Housed in the only remaining Carnegie Library building in Orange County, this museum deals mainly with the history of Anaheim. It was founded in the mid-1850s by German winemakers who wanted to sell their product to citizens of Los Angeles.
3. Anaheim Hills Golf Course
A challenging 18-hole golf course that features California terrain complete with ancient sycamore and oak trees. The course includes a golf shop, restaurant, cocktail lounge, and a two-tiered, 32-station driving range.
4. Rock City Climbing Centre
This is an indoor rock climbing gym. It is a great place to get a good aerobic workout without doing the same old thing. In addition, you will feel a sense of accomplishment after you scale the high walls and look down below you. It looks easy when others are doing it, but it is really quite a challenge.
5. Catal Restaurant & Uva Bar
Catal Restaurant is offers a complete menu of flavours inspired from the Mediterranean. The menu features seafood, meats, pastas and salads with influence from France, Spain, Greece and Italy.
