I have never found a repair shop that specifically repairs PSPs, but maybe you will have more luck.
I would recommend going online and buying a repair (replacement) kit and replacing it yourself... But first I would suggest disassembling (carefully, of course) it and seeing if the laser 'eye' is only knocked out of position, or has a broken connection that you may be able to repair...
But then I prefer doing that sort of thing myself, not everyone does... (^_^)
Otherwise, unless you CAN find a psp repair shop, you will probably have to send it to Sony for repairs at your expense (unless it's still under warranty)...
