    Very little, nuts of all varieties are mostly protein and fat in the form of natural oils that are good at lowering bad cholesterol much like olive oil.

    There are about 4 grams of carbs in a one ounce serving of walnuts. However if you are counting carbs for blood sugar reasons you can deduct 3 of those as they are dietery fibert and cannot be absorbed in the blood stream.

        In 1 oz of walnut there is 3.9g carbohydrates. Walnuts are low in carbohydrates but they are high in calories.
