Our land lord has left several things at the house we are leasing from him. He has threatened to cancel our lease if he can not lstore things here. We have signed an 18 month lease.

He is not supposed to do that, there are two options for you which can resolve your issue early. One is that you must have a talk with the owner with patience or you should cancel the lease.
