Generally, women stop growing at 19 years old and men stop growing anywhere between 19 and 25 years old.  I stopped growing at 20 years old - I was 5'6.  That was nine (9) years ago.  However, in late June and early July of this year (2009) I noticed my pants were fitting shorter.  I thought my mother-in-law had shrunk my pants (she was visiting because my son - her grandson - was born in early July) when she washed them in warm water.  Last night I stood next to my wife who was the same height as me, and I was about 2 inches taller than her.  I guess my pants didn't shrink.  I'm 5'7 and 1/2 now.  I grew 1.5 inches at 29 years old.  Weird.
