Quarteira is a Portuguese city. It is located in the region of Loulé. It covers a total land area of 37.78 square kilometres. It is also known as the coastal city since it comprises of the beautiful Blue Flag beach. A Blue Flag beach is a nautical or freshwater recreational beach that has met rigorous quality standards during the entire earlier bathing season. It is also very useful for marinas. It is also attracts tourist from across the globe, to show off its marine life.
