Did I Kill My Dog By Not Letting It Poo While Running?
Later the evening her stomach turned and she had to have surgery. Did I cause this? I did not want to stop while she was trying to poo. We kept running as I did not have a bag to clean up. Please advise!

No, not likely. Since her stomach 'turned' and not her bowels I am sure the vet will tell you the same. She might have become constipated but that could have been treated. Rest assured that you did not kill your dog.
