Idk if this guy likes me, he grabs my butt and stuff like that.and he told me over the summer my boobs got bigger. He walks me to class, he told me that hes trying to set me up with his friend ,is he using this as an excuse

It sounds like he is pretty disrespectful to you. The physical touching and talk he is subjecting you to sounds a lot like sexual harassment and is against the law. If you were to tell the police he could possible be faced with some fairly serious legal issues. This type of touching and talk is a serious crime. If you let him because you feel obligated and as if you must then you are in a bad situation as this person obviously has very little respect for you. I would steer clear and tell him of the consequences of his talk and action. If it gets worse you may find yourself in a very difficult situation. Respect yourself and do not let him get away with this sort of illegal groping.

It is flattering for a guy to like your body, but he has no business grabbing you like that. He seems to be the type that is only after one thing sex so be careful.
