The Pennsylvania Area Was Named After An Inn Where George Washington Spent Thanksgiving 1777?

If you mean the state of Pennsylvania, no, it's older than that. It was given to the Quaker William Penn in the 17th century (the name means "Penn's Woodland." You can find out more
