- Click "Start" on your computer screen and click the "Control Panel."
- Double-click "Add or Remove Programs" on the control panel window. A new program window will open.
- Scroll through the program window and highlight Zwinky toolbar and click "Remove." Select "Yes" to confirm the uninstallation.
- Highlight other programs such as "My web search" and "Fun web products" and click
"Remove." Confirm "Yes" to uninstall the programs.
- Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware free (see Resources). Install it on your computer.
- Launch your program from where you saved it. Then click "Perform Quick Scan."
Click "Scan." When the scan is complete, click "OK."
- Click "Show scan results" and select all the spyware products found,
including "My web search." Click "Remove Selected" and restart your
computer.
